Penacook Place, a member of Covenant Health, is pleased to announce Michael Bell has been appointed President of Penacook Place. In this leadership position, Bell will focus his efforts on daily operations, strategic planning and business development of this 160-bed skilled nursing facility, which offers short-term rehabilitation as well as long-term nursing and specialty memory care.

He has a hands-on approach to daily operations and is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care,” said David Becker, System Vice President of Post-Acute Care, Covenant Health. “I’m confident he’ll begin making contributions immediately, in a variety of areas, and will be appreciated by our staff, residents and their families.”

Bell is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and Certified Dementia Practitioner. Prior to joining Penacook Place, Bell served as an Administrator at The Oxford, Quabbin Valley, Woodbriar, and River Terrace communities, all in Massachusetts. He holds a Master of Divinity from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Otterbein College.
