3-9pm * 3 nights/wk includes every other weekend
  

Special Care Program / Memory Care  (Dementia experience preferred)
C.N.A.'s part time 7-3, 3-8 or 3-11 shift
C.N.A. for 11pm-7am shift every mon, tues, thurs, fri and saturday

Per Diem Licensed Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and Therapists (PT, PTA, Speech, OT, COTA)
