Penacook Place announces Employees of the Month for fourth quarter of 2008

HAVERHILL – Three dedicated Penacook Place Nursing and Rehabilitation Center staff members have been named Employees of the Month for the fourth quarter of 2008. Penacook honors employees of the month during a recognition ceremony at the end of each quarter.

The employees of the month are: Donna Rawding of Kingston, N.H. (October), Julia Paris of Derry, N.H. (November) and Maribel Santiago of Haverhill (December). Employees of the Month are selected by members of Penacook’s management team from a list of nominees. Anyone can nominate an employee, including co-workers, managers, residents and family members.

Rawding, staffing coordinator and a certified nursing assistant, has been employed at Penacook since January 1987. She was nominated for going above and beyond to ensure staffing levels are satisfactory to care for residents. Paris, a licensed practical nurse, has worked at Penacook since April 1999. She was nominated for being a great team player and her willingness to help out whenever she is needed. Santiago, a certified nursing assistant who has been with Penacook since June 2000, was nominated for having a special gift for giving. She is known for always brightening the day of those she cares for and her happy, vibrant attitude.
